Leadership

Chris Noel

Founder and President

Chris Noel is the Founder and President at AgriTech Resources. He has over two decades of experience in the support and training industry, most recently as the Precision Technology Learning & Development leader at a major agriculture manufacturer. It was during this time that he became passionate about the agriculture industry and more importantly, offering a positive educational experience on ag technology to all learners. This passion continues while working alongside AgriTech Resources clients, partners, and staff members.

As a graduate from DePaul University with a Masters of Science degree in Business Information Technology, Chris believes in the utilization of technology to address the challenge of meeting the individual needs of each client. He understands that all learners take a different route to achieve their personal goals. Drawing upon his experience with multiple levels of ag technology users, it is his mission to provide each client with the correct tools to be successful.

Josh Pass

VP, Technology and Content Development

Josh Pass is the VP of Technology and Content Development at AgriTech Resources. Having been a trainer for the past seven years, he is always exploring new methods to enhance his content development. Josh’s current focus is on precision technology used in agriculture, and just as precision technology is ever evolving, so are the tools he uses to instruct on topics within the industry.

Not growing up in the agriculture world, he took for granted the ability to go to the store and purchase food and other products. Over the last five years, while focusing on technology within agriculture, Josh has come to better understand, appreciate and develop a passion to share the agriculture story with others.
